Guidelines

• Clean the product with water-soaked soft towel or bathing soap solution once in a day or two to keep the plated surface clean and free from any deposits.
• Don’t use any type of cleaning/detergent agents which contain acids or chemicals such as flush cleaner, tile cleaner etc.
• Don’t use salt or vinegar-based cleaning agents to remove scale or scale-related stains. They may damage the surface or finish of products.
• You need to protect your product from: Water Scaling, Acid Fumes, Scratching while cleaning, Atmosphere condition.

1. Try to have limited or minimum number of joints in fittings of pipeline to avoid restriction to flow of water.
2. Flush all pipe lines before installing AQUAGOLD faucets and products to ensure smooth flow and blockage of any fitting.
3. Cover the internal fittings and finished faucets with the cotton cloth or poly pack till they are put too actual use to avoid scratches, dirt, stains and other damages.
4. Aerators should be cleaned at regular or weekly intervals to avoid the blockage of water flow.

AQUAGOLD products are severely tested with 20+ quality check points before being sold in the markets. All the metal fitting comes with 10years of warranty.

• Warranty includes- Manufacturing defects, Casting defects and Porosity defects.
• Warranty is only effective if proof of purchase (original sales receipt) is provided at the time of claiming.
• In case of Leakage, spares will be provided, it will be chargeable as AQUAGOLD products are tested with 20+ quality and testing checkpoints.
• The company is not responsible for defects or damages arising from transportation, improper installation, alteration, accidents, misuse or lack of proper maintenance.
• Hoses, Rubber parts, Plastic parts and consumables are not included in warranty.
• Breakage of cartridges on account of improper handling or use of excessive force are not covered in the warranty.

Warranty Shall Not Apply To The Following:

1. Any defect or damage caused to the product due to natural wear and tear.
2. Any defect or damage arising from negligence, mishandling, improper storage, improper fitting, misuse or improper repair, faulty installation, negligence, accidents and repairs by unauthorized person or maintenance practices.
3. The problems arising from inadequate water pressure, water impurities or improper care and cleaning.
4. Intentional and Accidental use of cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, hair dye, acids, waxes, alcohol, solvents, bath oil, bath salts or other products not recommended for Color and Coating and due to Improper cleaning or cleaning with coarse cloth also for fading of any material due to sun or chemical exposure.
5. Damage to any products based on or resulting from installation or repair, misuse or abuse or alteration or adjustment, whether performance by a contractor, service company or yourself.
6. Warranty is no longer valid in case of improper installation, Natural calamities such as-
   –  Earthquakes, cyclones.
   –  Acts of God.
   – Abuse or negligence by the Customer.
   – Normal wear and tear.
   – Damage due to exposure to acids, chemicals, cleaners like phenyls, etc.
